Respect the bees and their honey

To guarantee you high-quality honeys, we have developed an “Apiculture en Terroirs Préservés” charter (Beekeeping in Selected Regions charter) that includes 8 commitments based on respect for beekeeping traditions and environmental friendliness:

Our commitments :

  1. Observance of the bee-keeping tradition with the use of traditional wooden frames and hives.
  2. Stringent control of origin and quality by a specialised laboratory.
  3. Extraction of the honey from the hive frames by cold centrifugation.
  4. Selection of experienced bee-keepers pursuing a drive for constant quality improvement.
  5. Selection of areas chosen for the quality of their natural environment
  6. Use of traditional bee-keeping techniques to guarantee the purity of the honey
  7. Our bee-keepers protect the bees which are vital for bio-diversity
  8. Enhancement of the diversity in the taste of honey is an endless source of pleasure and well-being.
