Each stage is rigorously controlled and the quality technicians regularly carry out audits.
Conditioning takes place under a programme called HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
Both the equipment and the organisational systems are designed to guarantee that there is no risk for you the consumer.
None of our honeys and products of the hive are released until physico-chemical analyses and tastings have shown that the products are compliant.
A traceability programme that tracks all the raw materials and containers is implemented thanks to a system by which the finished products are coded, thus ensuring 100% traceability of each of the products commercialised.
