Fresh Salad and Agave Syrup Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Half a red cabbage
- 2 apples
- Half a lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
For the dressing:
- 2 small shallots
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Thinly slice the cabbage using a mandoline. Grate the apples (grater with large holes). Add the lemon juice. In a salad bowl, pour the cabbage, apples and sesame seeds. Blend thoroughly. Peel and chop the shallots thinly. In a bowl, whip the vinegar, oil, Agave Nectar and shallots for a while. Add salt and pepper. Pour the vinaigrette onto the salad and blend. Adjust seasoning. Allow to rest for one hour. Enjoy!!!
