Agave Syrup Pancakes
Serves 4

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 250 g (8.75 oz.) flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 30 cl milk
- 2 tablespoons Sunny Via® Agave Syrup
- 25 g (0.8 oz.) butter for the frying pan
Preparation
In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center and add the nectar and eggs. Blend starting at the center, gradually incorporate the milk until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. Allow to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature. In a small frying pan, melt a small bit of butter and pour a small ladle of dough, without seeking to spread it. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat and turn the pancake over to make the other side golden. Serve cool and coat with Agave Syrup.
Tip
You may also coat your pancakes with maple syrup or honey!
