Agave Syrup Chocolate Fondant

Oven cooking at 180°C (350°F): 10 minutes

Ingredients

- 150 g (5.25 oz.) butter

- 200 g (7 oz.) cooking chocolate

- 5 whole eggs

- 1 tablespoon flour

- 75 g (2.6 oz.) sugar and 75 g (2.6 oz.) Agave Syrup

Preparation

1/ In a salad bowl, cut the chocolate into pieces, add the butter and microwave for 2 minutes (average power) until it melts. 

2/ Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In another bowl, whip the eggs with the sugar and flour. Gently incorporate into the melted chocolate. Whip thoroughly.

3/ Pour into a cake tin, into ramekins or small silicone tins, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes for individual portions or 20 minutes in a large cake tin. Take out of the oven immediately after cooking, allow to cool for a few minutes and serve cool – the inner part of the cake is liquid in individual portions…
